Kate Branch, Mosman Bride Founder

The very first “Mosman Bride” was Miss Brenda Pike, who wore a magnolia satin gown designed with soft Grecian lines. It featured an unusual Chantilly lace yoke, beautifully moulded to her figure and flowing into a long, elegant train — as recorded by The Daily Telegraph on 8 February 1934.
From intimate garden ceremonies to harbourside receptions, from boutique getting-ready suites to a world-class network of vendors — Mosman truly has it all. And we’re here to make sure every couple discovers it.
So why was Mosman Bride created?
Mosman Bride is brought to you by The Albert Mosman. Because a wedding day isn’t just about the ceremony — it begins in those quiet, meaningful moments getting ready with your people, and ends in the comfort and calm of a beautiful place to land. We’re here to be part of both.

The Albert Mosman opened in February 2020 — right as the world changed — and has since become Mosman’s go-to destination for bridal preparations, known for its blend of timeless elegance and warm, modern hospitality.
As Chief Marketing Officer of The Albert Mosman, I realised that unlike the Hunter Valley or the Southern Highlands, Mosman didn’t have a dedicated community connecting local brides with trusted vendors and service providers — so I created one.
As a former wedding and portrait photographer who was married in Mosman in 2010, I’ve always been drawn to the romance of this suburb.
Alongside being a mum, a wife, and Chief Marketing Officer, I also run Mosman Bride — so updates may sometimes be slow. It’s just me behind the scenes.
