My name is Kate Branch, and I am the Chief Marketing Officer for Emerald City Hotels, where our crown jewel is The Albert Mosman. Despite opening its doors in the challenging times of February 2020, The Albert Mosman has quickly become the premier destination for brides in Mosman to prepare for their most special day. As someone with a background in photography, particularly wedding photography, I have always been captivated by the beauty and elegance of this stunning location. My personal wedding took place in Mosman  in 2010. You can view our special day here. Many years ago, I worked as a portrait and wedding photographer. After starting a family, I transitioned into social media and haven’t looked back since. This shift has been incredibly fulfilling, and my career in social media has brought me tremendous rewards.

As I began to delve into the statistics behind Mosman as a wedding destination, I discovered just how significant it is. The average NSW wedding spend according to EasyWeddings in 2023 is around $36,000. And according the the Australian Bureau of Statistics, In 2023 alone, 739 weddings were officially registered in Mosman. This may of contributed up to an impressive $26.6 million to the local economy. These numbers highlight that Mosman is not only a breathtaking place to say "I do" but also a vital hub for wedding celebrations in Australia. And a vital part of the Mosman’s annual revenue. 

Mosman Bride is where I crafting inspirational content that beautifully showcases how Mosman is where Elegance Meets Eternity. I blend my expertise in photography, social media, and weddings to craft inspiring content that highlights Mosman’s charm as an ideal wedding destination. I’m also excited to announce the launch of our annual Mosman Bride Soirée at The Albert Mosman, beginning in 2024. This gathering will bring together local wedding vendors, venues, and services, offering a unique chance to connect and collaborate. If my efforts have helped even one couple discover Mosman for their special day, then this creative journey has truly fulfilled its purpose.
